Email Newsletter Blog

Hey I am in 8th grade and I was wondereing of it would be kinda fun and funny to make a newsletter thing for all my friends like every 2 weeks to a month? What do you think? We have some pretty funny, nice, awesome teachers here! Any you can think of! I though it would be neat. What do you think? Like I would print them out and design them and hand them out. I get bored a lot and I am kinda creative,

i have made some dynamic page for my web site in php and login system too.but the problem is that when someone login it log that person in but a first atempt it loads the page which was loaded earlier.means to see the refreshed page i have to refresh the page.only after then i can see my new dynamic contents.So what should i do to make this refreshed every time.

i designed a html/css template to use it as newsletter and send through my account to yahoo and hotmail userers
but the template displayed as plain text …does any one have an idea of what to do ….here is the template’s code

my girlfriend is good in writing and she wants to become online freelance journalist for online magazine, newsletter or any form of publication. I was looking around internet but i didn’t find anything that is for someone who dint have writing degree, but for someone who wants to start writing, you know, to begin. Every job u must begin somehow. So do anyone has some suggestion?

(it MUST be online journalism, because we are in Serbia, and because of some health problems she can work only from home)

I copied a newsletter’s masthead – the client asked me and i sold 3000 copies of the newsletter to the client. Neither me nor the client new that there existed something like copyright on the design. My design look exactly 100% like the original. There was 2 photos in that the client supplied to me – the same that he supplied the previous company. I just combine them like they did and i use the same font as they did – it’s a free for all font. I got sued vor R1million bucks. The profit i made out of this deal was about R20 000. I got a lawyer but he does not specialise in copyright – must i change my lawyer? the client used me cause the service wasnt good at the previous company and she didnt want to use him anymore. Please help – i need to win this case.
