Collecting email from end users for purposes of a weekly newsletter?

I want a page on my website that the end user can submit their email for weekly newsletters. What (or where can I find) the code for the XHTML page for this and information on how to build a database for the collecting?

   Hey,

   This would be a fairly simple system.

   All you need is a simple form which submits the email to a server-side script (i prefer PHP) which then works with your database and saves it, then you can easily have another small script which is for you, so you can write your newsletter click send and it will send to all users in DB.

   I would advise also the system be built with a way for users to remove them selves. this is also very simple to make.

   If you would be intersted, i could write this script(s) for you, for a very good price
