I’m doing a newsletter which has text and photographs. I want to send it by email in a format that is not very big, so it can be easily retrived and read by all. I know that publisher files get pretty big when pics are added. Some email carriers reject files that are too big. I also dont want to use an attachment if possible as people dont want to wait to download stuff in order to read it.

Try Yahoo! Photomail. You can drag pictures onto the mail, it saves the picture on the server which means you don’t use a lot of bandwidth as it’s stored centrally, the picture expires eventually and is perfect for personal newsletters!
Good luck!
