Can I retrieve pics from My Photos to embed in articles or presentations?

I’d like to take specific photos from those stored at My Photos and use them in email newsletters. Also to use in preparing printed reports and presentations.
Can I retrieve my photos and use them clean of any Yahoo graphics?
