How do I make Bulk email show up in my inbox?

There is a newsletter I get and it keeps ending up in my bulk folder. How can I change that so it goes to my regular inbox?

Next time it arrives in your bulk folder, highlite it and then click not spam. then the next one will come in your inbox.
