How or where can i get a sign up box for my website?

Ive been wanting to start a newsletter service and ive been doing some research first. I was wondering if anyone could tel me how or where i can get a sign up box for my customers to subscribe to my newsletters.
Just something simple like
Name
Email
*subscribe button*
I would like it to send me an alert to my email everytime someone signs up and to send a thank you email to anyone who signs up. Any help is appreciated as im new to this

What you need is a Autoresponder. A software that help you to capture email contact etc… and also send email automatically.
