How can i send a picture message to a phone from my email online?

I want to send a picture to a nextel phone from online, not from another phone? If its possible how can i do it?
ok so i know my phone has like a email address but what is the address for nextel besides my #?

it depends on the cell provider, but most providers have and email format for each particular phone number. for instance, a verizon customer with the phone number 555-123-4567 has the email
