Is “espada” newsletter trustable?

I keep getting e-mails from these sites, and says i can unsubscribe if i enter my e-mail address. But i’m afraid of getting even more spam e-mails, due to the fact that “espada” has multiple sites(these sites are from what i got from the past 2weeks, there may be a lot more):

look at the addresses they all have similar names and double hyphens so if you enter your email they will probably send you more spam, just report them as spam

don’t give links you could be reported for spamming

I am not sure if U left Ur e-mail somewhere or that U randomly get those.
The best thing to do is to start blocking them, and as pengymad said to report them as spam.
(@ Ur mail, then options/mail options, then block address, and add them there)
also, be careful where U leave Ur e-mail and trust no spam mail
