Trying to insert a link that will allow the user to sign up for an email newsletter?

I am having difficulty finding how to insert a link for the user to sign up for my ministries newsletter. I just want the user to be able to type in their email address click a tab that says “sign up”.

Freewebs offers $20 a year for a domain and there is a thing called
“FORM” which if you add it
you will get an email say 1 person has signed up for _________
depends what you have and you get there email
all you have to do is send a copy of the news letter to them…
