You just code your newsletter in HTML. Remove the HTML, META and HEAD tags. Now you just paste the same in your mail or Outlook express and send it. Otherwise, you can us icontact program. here also same method. But, once your page is coded then copy and paste the same in iContact (www.icontact.com) program and just follow the steps.
