Looking for a transferrable email address?

I currently have my own email address. I’t trying to help a friend out. She holds a position within a residence association regarding distribution of monthly newsletters to other members (about 100).
She is willing to set up a Yahoo! email account and use it for her term in that position. But when that term ends, she would like to transfer that address to the party replacing her who could have a different ISP. That is, she would like to be able to work with the proper people within Yahoo! to make that transfer so that a hundred or so people would not need to change email addresses each time the position gets reassigned.
Is there a way to do that? Also, is it possible that the initial account can be in addition to one she already has with Yahoo!?

all she has to do is to set up a yahoo email account,,,,, pick a name that would represent the group,,,,, then when she transfers over to the next person,,,,, she would just give them the name and password,,,,, they then can go in and edit the personal information on the main id (name, address etc) , i would think its best to have an actual person listed there, or you may be able to just put the company name/address etc if you wish to,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,yes, this account can be in addition to her regular account,,,,, i personally have experience with this,,,,, as i opened a second yahoo account due to my work with a card league here,,,,,, in that case, i used my same personal info, just had the id name different,,,,,, i know others who have used a company or league account,,,, and just passed it on like you are talking about ,,,,,, ps: with yahoo you also get geocities, their web host site,,, she could create a web page connected to that account, then pass that on also,,, as the same name and password would be used for it
so to sum it up, yes she can have/open two yahoo email/accounts,,,,,, and pass the one on to the next person,,
