How do I send pictures within an email NOT using outlook or outlook express?

I’ve tried writing newsletter with photos on Word Perfect, on web page and on the compose letter icons - and none of them will send the photos along with the text.
Working on for months - PLEASE HELP ASAP
NOT using Outlook or Outlook express.

U’ll have to use outlook express for embedding images in mail, no free mail service like yahoo provides this feature

Have you tried Word? I have sent images embedded in that, no problem.

Try powerpoint to compose your letter with pics embedded, then send it any way you like.
