I am trying to receive monthly newsletters from a website and am not able to?

I do not have the address listed in my spam mail box. I have the address in my email address, still, I am unable to receive this particular newsletter

It might be going through to your email but put in the bulk folder..check that out and if thats not it then it might be because your virus filter wont let it because it may be harmful to your computer….

The newsletter address likely was considered spam by Yahoo and blocked. You will need to remove it from your blocked list—–and THEN put that address in your address book.
Go to mail page>>options (upper right)>>block addresses. Find that address in the list—click on it—click “remove block”.
With Beta or New mail—go to mail page>>options>>mail options>>spam>>block addresses.
