I copy and paste html and photos into my yahoo email however the photos don’t show up. Why is that? How can I send out a newsletter that shows the images I paste in the email?

You can`t paste photos. It either has to be attached or use PhotoMail. = First, install Photomail. The system requirements are:
PC with Windows 2000 or Windows XP, and Internet Explorer 5.5 and above.
You’ll be prompted to follow the steps for installation when you click on the “Insert Photos” button next to Attach Files on your Compose page. Or, if you don’t see the “Insert Photos” button on your compose page, go to the PhotoMail page. Click on the “Get Started” button to initiate the installation. Once it’s installed, ensure these Mail preferences are set:
To send PhotoMail you must be composing in color and graphics, rather than plain text. This is a selection you make in your Mail Options. To make sure you’ve selected it, click Options in the upper right of your Mail page, find the “Management” column and click General Preferences. Find the “Composing E-mails” section, and select “Compose messages as color and graphics.”

Find the “Composing E-mails” section, and select “Compose messages as color and graphics.” At the bottom of the page, click Save.
Great! Now you can insert photos into your email. Click Compose. Above the text window, click Insert Photos.
Across the top of the Quick Select Tool window that opens, you’ll see three tabs: My Computer, Yahoo! Photos, and Yahoo! Image Search. In the My Computer tab, you’ll see four buttons along the left side, which give you four different spots to find folders and files: My Pictures, My Documents, Desktop, and My Computer.
Click on the tab or button to get to the folder you want, then select the photo you want to insert. Then just drag and drop it into the window at right. Repeat the process if you want to add more photos, and when you’ve added them all, click OK. Done!
Back in the Compose window, the PhotoMail Toolbar opens so that if you want, you can adjust the appearance of your photos—change the layout, add borders, add captions, rotate your images, and more. Have fun with it!

If you are using web based Yahoo Mail, you cannot embed pictures or other graphics. The only way is to use an email client program, like Outlook or Thunderbird, that does allow embedded images
