Aquiring content for Digital Sign in medical office?

I want to put up a digital sign in my medical office with a mix of health news videos/hard news videos/ medical commercials/local weather ticker and wait time estimator (think genius bar at apple) Where do I get permission (pay?) to use Major network news rss video feeds? I want dynamic not packaged.
