Design and production in computer ink may be time consuming compared to hiring printers. Also, quality of paper may be different. What’s best?

I recommend FedExKinko’s. They aren’t cheap, but are reasonable and usually have a fast turnaround time. They have many options to choose from – color, b&w, glossy paper, matte, etc.
