How to link PayPal subscription with an auto-responder?

I have a newsletter email subscription business. I know how to setup the PayPal subscription button and direct them to the auto-responder sign up page but I want to know is it possible to automatically unsubscibe a customer from my autoresponder after they unsubscribe from their PayPal account. Whenever a customer unsubscribes from my newsletter from their PayPal account I have to go in manually and unsubscribe them from my autoresponder.

Also, I use Oprius as an autoresponder. Any help please.
