My site is going 2 B launched soon. It’s an entertaining site with news, cinema and practical & useful tips in life.
Ofcourse It comes in my mother toungue TELUGU, (Andhra Pradesh, India)with dynamic font.
I am a good writer and I am not boasting, my content can attract a lot of people. ( I had 10 years of experience in Entertaining Journalism. )
But unfortunately I don’t know any business tactics, and I am a big zero on commercial and marketing knowledge side. I heard that it is not hard to get ads If the content attracts many people. I am not money-minded. I would B satisfied if I can get some money to run the site, without making a hole to my pocket. That’s enough. If anybody helps me with some good ideas I will B very grateful to them.

As ur site is for the telugu community, I’d suggest offline advertising methods like telugu newspapers & advertising in telugu websites. Advertising anywhere else would simply be a waste of money & time. But if u can afford, I’d highly recommend search engine optimization, as that way people looking telugu sites can easily find ur site using search engines.
I hope this helps. If u have any other queries, email me at

Google Ads,
Adbrite,
Kontera,
And then you can sign up for various advertizing programs with Amazon, Alienware and other sites if you so choose. Don’t plan on making too much from the start, I have yet to see any considerable amount of money from any of these but I haven’t started using adbrite yet.

There are various ways to earn money through advertising. The hottest right now is contextual advertising – e.g. text ads that relate to a great degree (if not exactly) to your content. The thinking is that the more targeted the ad, the greater the response, and hence higher revenues for the publisher.
But contextual advertising does not work for everyone. It wont work if the types of visitors you attract is not in the mood to buy anything, they are not using your site as a mere jump-off point — your site is THE destination. Hence, the visitors are not interested in clicking on your ads. Sites like yours do poorly with Adsense. You may want to read the article “Contextual Advertising: Why Are You Earning Only Pennies?” which I think perfectly captures your predicament.
A CPM campaign would work better for you given the type of website you have and the traffic you get. I suggest you read the article “How to Generate Advertising Revenues for Your Web Site” – you can join banner ad networks and select the campaigns offered for CPM (though some does not allow you to select the campaigns). Here are some of the banner ad networks:
BurstMedia
Fastclick
Tribal Fusion
Advertising.com
