Well there are some tools for this category.
1. QuarkXPress 8: It allows publishing in English (”International and U.S.) and 36 other languages, including Arabic, Chinese, French, Japanese, Korean, Russian, and Spanish. QuarkXPress is used by individual designers and large publishing houses, primarily to produce any kind of layout, from flyers to complex page layouts required by magazines, newspapers, catalogs, and similar printed materials.
2. Adobe pagemaker: introduced in 1985, the first publishing software. Still a very good product for small business in publishing brochures and newsletters. But for long term, this is not a good choice as adobe has announced that it has stopped any enhancement for this product. Instead they are now selling Adobe-In design.
3. Adobe In design - The successor of adobe pagemaker. Designers are the principal users of this software. It can be used for creating and laying out periodical publications, posters, and print media. Longer documents are often still designed with Adobe’s FrameMaker (manuals, technical documents, etc.)
4. Adobe’s FrameMaker: Adobe FrameMaker is a desktop publishing (DTP) and word processing application that is popular for large documents.
Although FrameMaker has evolved slowly in recent years, it maintains a strong following among professional technical writers.
