I I need to send a group email with a pdf file, how?

I’ve been asked to send a group email to all members and attach a file that is our organization’s Newsletter and I have it in both “Word” or “PDF.” How do I attach it so when Member receive the email all they need to do is click the attachment and it opens the newsletter? Thank you…

you could upload it to file sharing and give the link to all members,
store your file here then 4shared will give you a link then email that link to all members
