How much would you charge to design a monthly one page newsletter?

It’s a health newsletter just for information, not to sell or make money off of. There would only be one or two articles and a section for upcoming events. All the info would be provided so I wouldn’t have to write anything, just copy, paste and format then send it in PDF.

it depends on how popular it is, how much info has to be in it and how much work is put in it. and of course how much money they make off of it
