create an HTML email in Outlook?

what is the best way of creating an email newsletter in outlook, i cannot seem to find a way of switching into html creation mode.
thanks JB… i actually just needed to switch it into HTML mode to create the design etc i needed, i have found through another source that this is not possible through Outlook 2007, cheers anyway

Any html editor or word pad or note pad will do. It’s very easy to do. You just import the email to your message as text. Now if you have any email markup questions, let me know. I markup huge newsletters for a dot com, and they look the same in all email clients. You need to know basic markup rules to follow when creating the email.

You must use some type of third party or web app that will allow you to send an html email based on a contact form.
