I am using a newsletter template in word 2007.how do I email it out?

I tried copy and paste but it looses all its formatting and I tried to set something up through word but I can’t figure it out. Can anyone explain it to me?
I dont know how to use that? is there a tutorial of some kind that I could follow?

just archive it using winrar and attach the files and sent it
