Homework assignment: is it ok to design & write a newsletter in leaflet style?

The assignment goes like this:
“Write a leaflet on a particular extra-curricular activity/club.”
I’m thinking of writing a newsletter for a book club and presenting it leaflet-style (folded A4: 3 sides inside, 3 sides outside).
Most newsletters I’ve seen are written on several single sheets, and right now in the english lesson we’re very particular on brochures, pamphlets, booklets, leaflets, so is it ok to do that?
