The kind isn’t as important as the location. You could open the best fast-food restaurant on earth, but if you put it in a dingy strip mall next to a bunch of retirement homes, you’ll be closed within the year.
Meanwhile, put anything next to a mid- to major intersection, or a business area, or a school, and you’re set.
