I am writing a speech.
My topic is Encourage members in the development of individual projects that contribute to the improvement of home, business and community.
My plan is to create and promote a neighborhood club house that uses a online newsletter. . .
In the newsletter you will be able to promote block parties, garage sales, post help adds for day care, baby sitters, pet sitters, house cleaners etc.
With the use of club houses you could also get neighborhood committees together to host neighborhood fundraisers together to improve the look of the community and other things.
Does this sound like a good idea to put into a speech for a competition in a collegiant division or is it to genaric. Does anyone else have any other good ideas?

sounds unique and efficient. It’s green for the environment since you save the resources of paper manufacture/use and eliminates a fraction of recycling costs as well. Using an online newsletter is also much more convenient…individuals only have to click a few times to find out the latest communal events…rather than attend a community board meeting or flip through pages of the city newspaper just to find out what’s happening. Forming a neighborhood clubhouse through an internet medium encourages a higher attendance rate. It’s much more convenient since people of the community can visit the newsletter during their own spare time and at will. The population of a community run by meetings and whatnot need to attend meetings and such…which are notoriously inconvenient for the majority of individuals. No need to dress up, make appointments, meet undesired neighbors, plan dates, etc. it’s all online. This idea isn’t generic at all; it’s a fresh, efficient, effective, and environmentally-friendly promo.
