What is the Federal Reserve open market rate?

I dont know much about business or the crooks running the federal reserve but is there even such thing as a “federal reserve open market rate”?

It’s the interest rate at which the Fed lends money to banks. The banks then lend that money to you at a higher rate, and that’s how banks make a profit.
