Is there a collaborative newsletter creator service?

Im looking for a service/website that will allow teachers to post school announcements to a location on their own personal websites, email them in, or post them to a blog… etc and then all the different announcements from the different locations will be centralized into one area/website for parents to access this. Is there something already out there like this or am I going to be creating one?

Well does the school have its own website? Theres a website called uniservity, along the bottom it has letters of the alphabet to search for your school, you can create a log in system/user accounts on your school website so you can post homework or school announcments. With the user accounts you can make accounts for your form/class so they can log in and see the updates. (Updates can only be shown if you log in). This happened in my primary school, it was an individual account for each member of the class and the parent could acess this account too, maybe do a lesson on how to use it for the class.
