Email Newsletter Blog

Lately whenever I try to compose an email to more than 1 contact from my address book, whenever I click ‘compose,’ instead of taking me to the page where I type in my message, it re-routes me back to my mail home page. I used to be able to send emails to 100 people at a time. Now I keep getting this error. I have also tried lowering the # of contacts selected - it doesn’t work? Anyone know the solution? I experienced this once before but it seemed to go away after several weeks. Please help, as I need to be sending my weekly newsletter!

I am trying to send out a mass email to about 100 friends. I have put my email address in the “To” field, and in the BCC field I have put the name of my group which is “newsletter”. There are over 100 email addresses in this “newsletter” group. When I hit the send button I get an error message that says “missing or malformed recipient”. I’m so confused - and I can’t send out this email - please help!

If I instead add groups of the addresses into separate, distinct categories, are there limits to the number of addresses in the categories and/or the number of categories I can include in 1 email?

I belong to a large chapter and I create and send a newsletter every month. Because of this I have the complete email distribution list, but end up having to email things for others in the group because *I* am the only one with this list. Is there a way I can send my email group list to others in my chapter? Is there a way to do this so that they don’t need to add each address individually? (There are over 100 addresses in this group). Thanks!!
