I am unable to open up any attachments that I get via email. That included pictures,newsletters. Please help?

My emails are lacking their images and graphics?

To include pictures in your email (not attached), what format do the picture need to be in?

How can I send a flyer via email but not as an attachment?

For those who think I am asking so I can spam others, lets be clear…the flyer is for my church youth group’s spring break retreat. Once again, thanks for your help.
