How do I get a full-size image to display in in the body of a Yahoo received email?

I sometimes get a full size image in the body of a received email. Sometimes JPEG, sometimes HTML. You know, like all those newsletters, etc.
How can I compose and send such an image in order for the recipient to see it full size in the body of the email?

I am unable to open up any attachments that I get via email. That included pictures,newsletters. Please help?
