How can I create a text scroll box on my myspace page?

I want to put an HTML code in a content box (like they have on Dynamic Drive when they give you a code and you need to copy it I want a scroll box like that that give the code and not the pic) but every time I tried with a myspace text scroll box generator it showed me the picture and not the HTML code.
how can I make the box only show text?
