I left blanks for things i didnt know what to put yet like the place applying for…
anyways thanks!

My experience reflects the abilities and skills I would like to demonstrate at _____. During my internship, I developed and implemented many ideas to effectively integrate the center’s mission with their actions such as the monthly online and physical newsletter for the purpose of creating a primary point of reference for clients, professional referrals, and staff. I revised and reprinted brochures with the help??? of a printing company. I acted as a liaison between the AJC and director to coordinate an interview which was published in the AJC. While at the TNCC, I used judgment and discretion for job placement in both client based services and on teams for projects such as coordinating mass application processes for employers such as Volkswagen Group of America.

Young teen searching for a job dealing with writing?

So I’m a young teen in the So-Cal area in need of cash, as all teens my age do.
My forte is writing…so my question to you guys is, is it possible for me to write editorials, reviews, etc. and submit it to newspapers, magazines, etc. (or even help design newsletters for businesses) and get payed?

If so, where are my options to write to?

I know my options aren’t big, seeing as how I’m so darn young. But babysitting and yard work aside, does anyone know of anything I can do that uses my writing skill as an advantage, and gives me a cash return?

Thanks very much for any ideas, comments, and so on. :]

How much should I charge to do a monthly newsletter for a small business?

The newsletter is front and back, and would require that i write the CEO’s address, a feature article, birthday announcements, administrative announcements, and an article on the emplyee of the month (who i would have to interview and photograph).

What “title” would you give my job?

I work for an insurance company. Here are some of the things I do:
-Generate weekly newsletter and email to our subscriber base
-Scan the internet looking for mentions of our company and our competitors
-Oversee our company web site and make changes as needed (not an IT person, though - no formal training)
-Monitor web traffic to our site
-Write emails, create marketing pieces (mostly text) as directed by our company president and my supervisor
-Come up with ideas for new ways to sell our insurance products
-Attend trade shows and mingle with people
-A lot of work directly from the company president, such as correspondance to emails he gets.

They never really gave me a title for this job. It started as CSR since I was taking calls initially, but havent for about 18 months now. I want to apply for other jobs but am not sure what to put as job title, as CSR is misleading.

Is this a marketing director? Marketing & Communications director? Internet Marketing Specialist? What else?
