Email Newsletter Blog

I am making a “classroom newsletter” for a class that I am in. It is to show a newsletter I would make for my own class that I would be teaching. The schools Mascot is a Bulldog. What would be a good name for it. It would need to be suitable and appealing to Elementary School kids.

I’m teaching media activities to children ages 8-15. I’ve found i’m running out of ideas. I’ve done photo scavenger hunts, radio shows, poster design and limited photoshop assignments with them. I only have them for an hour a day, and group size is usually 6-8 kids. I need something that involved everyone and is fun. Any ideas? I have at my disposal video, digital photography, radio and newsletter activities.

I have to submit writing sample(s) to an internship i am applying to, here is what the job entails:
“Research and develop Business Conduct quarterly newsletters, monthly newsletters to Legal and Compliance Organization and monthly management updates. Design, development and deployment of Business Conduct Office awareness campaign including bi-annual report to employees worldwide. Newsletter and communication topics to include timely and relevant business conduct, business ethics or legal compliance issues. Awareness campaign to highlight training initiatives, mechanisms for reporting concerns, and ethical decision making.”
the writing that i have for school is mainly business cases/ case studies but nothing that is exactly like what they require (like newsletters). should i submit what i have? i really dont know what to include

So why do they ask for your address and zip code? Is it a marketing strategy?

I was planning to take the SATs as a junior sometime in the winter. But then i got an email/newsletter from collegeboard that talked about juniors and taking the PSAT/NMSQT. I know that, traditionally, juniors took the SATs in the spring, but I wanted a head start. But if I am expected to take the PSAT(distributed by the school) as a junior in october(as said by the collegeboard website), it wouldnt be very smart to take the SATs and pay for them. I remember taking the PSAT/NMSQT my sophmore year. So I’m really confused. Do you take the PSAT/NMSQT again junior year? or did my school do it early and I’m done with it?
