What paper weight should i print my newsletter on?

I have to design and print a newsletter for an assignment. The teacher asked us to use non glossy paper, but didnt specify which paper weight to print on. Can anyone please help? if the paper is too thin, im afraid will not be opaque enough and the reading will difficult.Thanks!
