Why don’t i receive any NEW e-mails anymore?

i am able to SEND OUT E-mails but not Recieve ANY!!!
I recently signed up for a 10 wk geography course online, and I HAVE NOT GOTTEN ONE newsletter from about.com. I let aol know about this, and they told me to “white list” the address but that did NOT help. My e-mail BOX IS EMPTY in every category except once a week maybe an add. IT IS NOT FULL UP! is it just aol thats the problem or what?
Also can somebody PLEASE tell me how to forward my old e-mails to a new e-mail account if i have to? and whats a good FREE e-mail service to try.

Why can’t I view my emails?

Why can’t I view my emails? I am using the newer version of Yahoo! Mail, and I recently subscribed to this online newsletter. I’ve been receiving blank emails with nothing but a greeting and a “forward-it” html link. I asked the service provider and they said it was probably because I set my options to “view text only” and that their newsletter uses html. I tried changing it, but it seems Yahoo! says I already can view html…but I can’t view the newsletter. It still opens, but it’s for the most part, blank.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Thank you!

having problems with Yahoo mail?

Is it just me? Im not getting emails to my inbox from newsletters. I also send out newsletters and i wasnt getting any responses and i think its because of yahoo. i tried sending it to my account and it is not working. is anyone else having this problem. what do u suggest?

I stopped receiving emails from a group I am registered with?

I am signed up to receive newsletters from elvisinsiders.com. I was receiving them fine, then all of the sudden I stopped. I spoke with elvisinsiders and they said yahoo isn’t letting them enter. I added their email address to my contacts.

Why is my email only alllowing me to send 25-50 emails at a time? This happens every few months?

I have a ministry and I have approx. 400 people on it. I usually have to send out about 100 at a time each hour. This is bothersome but I can deal with it right now. Here’s my problem. Every few months or so I start getting an error message that I have too many addresses in my address field and it will only
let me send out between 25-50 at a time. This is such a pain and it takes me days to get my email out because I cant sit there for hours on end. I have a ministry and I send out a weekly newsletter and everyone on my list has requested to be on it so I am NOT spamming. I’m so sick of YAHOO and this problem occuring. Can anyone tell me how to avoid this.

My Yahoo account can’t receive html?

I send out my newsletter from a Eudora account. I can receive the newsletter as an html formatted email in my Eudora account. I can recieve the newsletter as an html formatted newsletter in my MSN account. But when I receive it in my Yahoo account it only comes up as code. If I copy the formatted newsletter and send it to my Yahoo account – it comes up as code. Basically, if it involves Yahoo, I can only get code – not html formatted newsletter.

I do receive other emails in html formatted style so I know my personal settings are correct.

Help – my job is depending on it!
