I need to know what security measure i would need to put in place to send and receive documents via email, adobe acrobat reader, a all in one printer with scanner and software to secure deleted documents.

How does Vistaprint know that I’m online and send me an email within 2 minutes everyday?

The last several days I have noticed a troubling pattern.
1. I get online at some time (this morning, 8:05 AM)
2. One minute later, at 8:06, Vistaprint sends me an email, putting it first in my inbox.

This has happened several days in a row now. Yesterday it was 6:24 and 6:25. Saturday it was 7:20 and 7:21

How are they doing this?

1 Is Webshot spy-,ad-ware,virus source? 2 I got 2 blank pages aftering opening weekly pro-shot?
