Does Dynamic Disk feature supported any more in recent OS of Microsoft like Vista, Server 2003 etc?

I see dynamic disk feature as an extincted feature as most of the HDDs today does not support 512 bytes of cluster size. Is this feature supported in the above mentioned versions of OS. Can Linux read contents of dynamic disk ?

What’s the best newsletter software out there?

I’m looking for a software to send graphic newsletters that automatically creates a copy of the newsletter online and links it and has a subscription cancellation management system. Also I need a software that loads the newsletter from a previously designed html. The best software I’ve found so far was Effective Newsletter Studio but it doesn’t have the option to load a newsletter template from html and I don’t really want to design the whole newsletter again using the terrible built-in editor. I’m not looking for any web-based services, I need an actual software so I can manage everything locally so please don’t bother recommending any websites.

How do I create a WEB site for my local organization to view or print our newsletter created in Microsoft Pub.

The newsletter is created in Microsoft Publisher and I need to learn how to post the file and for others to open and print it. Is any other software required in order to do this?

I find that the AE version is cheaper, but will I be missing out by going that route? I plan to use it primarily for newsletter and brochure designing.

How Would i change the rate at which the windows appeared on my site?

Hello, i have my own website but i enjoyed this code from a similar website: http://ytmnd.com/row
What it does is slowly open windows to the user created content. I would like to have the same thing happen on my website, but i’d like to slow down the rate at which the windows opened. This way each of the children’s pics in my art class could be appreciated. Is there a way to do this?
